Disclaimer

Our tools are designed to be accurate and helpful, but they aren’t a substitute for professional advice or official guidance. Please read this before relying on any result.

Legal documents

The legal document generator does not provide legal advice and doesn’t create an attorney–client relationship. Templates are general, written for the jurisdiction shown on each template, and reviewed on the date shown. Laws change, and your situation may need terms these templates don’t include. Using a template is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. We aren’t responsible for how a document is used or whether a court will enforce it.

Passport and visa photos

The passport photo tool follows the size, head-height, eye-line and background rules published by each authority as of the “last checked” date shown. Acceptance is decided by the issuing authority, and we cannot guarantee your photo will be accepted. Always check the official requirements, which are linked on each country page, before you apply. Automated warnings (glasses, shadows, expression) are helpful hints, not guarantees.

Redaction

The Redact PDF tool permanently removes content on the pages you redact and verifies the exported file, but you are responsible for marking everything that needs to be removed. Automatic detection of sensitive data may miss information or suggest things that aren’t sensitive. Always review every page before sharing a redacted document.

Transcription and subtitles

Speech recognition can mishear words, names and numbers, and may occasionally produce text that wasn’t spoken. Review transcripts and captions before relying on or publishing them, especially for legal, medical or accessibility purposes.

Image conversion

Converted vector files may differ from the original image. You’re responsible for having the rights to any image you convert.

No warranty

All tools are provided “as is”, without warranties. See our terms of use for full details.
